Orders

  • We try to help you as best and fast as possible.
  • If we are unable to honor your prescription in 3 working days (sometimes certain controlled goods and/or raw materials are not available), then we will let you know by phone or letter and try to find the right solution with you.
  • Prescription orders that arrive at us before 12 hours, by fax, mail, email or telephone, will generally be processed the same day and sent by post within 3 working days. Urgent orders that reach us before 12 noon, by fax, post, email or phone, will usually be processed and sent by parcel service the same day. For this service, we charge € 10 extra (incl. VAT) within the Netherlands. Express delivery abroad is subject to an additional € 25,- (incl. VAT) for personnel and delivery costs.
  • Packing and shipping costs within the Netherlands: € 8,95 or FREE for orders over € 150 when shipped within the Netherlands.
