External applications

For an optimal local effect of the active substances, different forms of administration are possible. The choice for a raw material to which an active substance is added, depends on the intended effect. There is a group of raw materials which is used for local external application. This can be a cream (solid oil-in-water emulsion), an ointment (oily, water-free basis), a lotion
(a liquid form on the basis of water and/or alcohol and/or glycerin), a milk (liquid emulsion basis), a shampoo etc. The rule of thumb is: on a wet skin apply wet (cream, lotion, milk, etc.), and on a dry skin apply dry, that is, a water-free basis.

Furthermore, there are gargles for local applications and eye-, nose-, and eardrops
. In addition, there are raw materials for the purpose of non-local effect, such as suppositories, enemas, ovules, and vaginal swills. As active substances in these raw materials, raw herbs, sliced or powdered, and extracts are used. Given that we have all bases standard in stock, we can directly dispense all dosages custom made.

By default, in an externally applied preparation, 20% Hydrophilic Concentrate is applied. A well-known lotion is "Zheng Gu Shui". This lotion is delivered as a spray in 60 and 100 ml bottles (manufacturer: Dynafyt).
