Can I ask the NatuurApotheek to make and deliver a preparation with urgency?

That’s certainly possible. If we then receive your prescription before 12 o’clock, it is prepared and offered to the parcel service on the same day, so that it is available to the patient on the next working day.
When we receive it after 12 o’clock, we will prepare the recipe on the next working day and offer it to the parcel service on the same day.

For this service we will charge €10,- additional costs (incl. VAT) in the Netherlands. For express delivery abroad an extra € 25,- (incl. VAT) is charged for additional personnel- and delivery costs.
The costs for this are on account of the practitioner when the prescription or order comes from a practitioner (unless otherwise agreed with the relevant practitioner). If the prescription or order comes from a patient then the extra costs are on account of the patient.

We cannot guarantee that the parcel service will actually deliver the package on the next day. It is good that you realize this.
